The therapist who evaluated my hip tendonitis gave me simple exercises to do at home, for a while, to strengthen my hip area on my own. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and he will follow up in a few weeks for further exercises. Very good massaging also helped right away. I felt better after just a few days. Very pleased I would recommend Kinatex to you.

I am very pleased that after just a few sessions with physiotherapist Clement, I have improved significantly. Marjorie in physiotherapy is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain exercises, stretches, and body mechanics in order for the patient to have all the resources necessary to achieve recovery. In addition, she's very welcoming, funny, and patient. I've seen her for multiple injuries and she's been really good at helping me with all of them. I strongly recommend her. The facilities at Kinatex St-Leonard are also clean and nice.
