First time at King's Town Massage with RMT Oliver Trefry. The decor was bright and pleasant. Oliver was awesome being fully prepared by reviewing my intake form I did on-line ahead of my appointment. He clearly understood my expectations and had suggestions for a better treatment plan. Massage was perfect. Oh, did I mention there is direct billing to health plans. Yeah. Ask about your health plan just to make sure.

I had my first massage today by Alana I have never been to massage therapy and didn't quite know what to expect. But she was wonderful and amazing! Talked me through the whole process and what she was doing and why she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My body is a nightmare most days and she was very understanding of my problems and took the time to address each problem. I left today feeling more lose and less tension. I can't wait till our next session! Highly recommend 10/10!

Had my first appointment here, my RMT was Oliver. It was a great experience, and he is very knowledgeable. He really listened to my concerns and this is the first massage I've had that really focused on improving my pain. I was impressed by the assessment at the beginning and the exercises provided at end. Highly recommend, I will be back and have already recommended to others.

Monica is incredible! She is such a delight to get treated by. So kind, bubbly and helped my back and shoulders so much during exam season. She also gave me exercises to help aswell. Could not recommend her enough. Can’t wait for my next appointment with her in the new year:)

All I have to say is wow. Monica is a fantastic RMT, she is very passionate about her profession. I have seen her twice now and can confidently say that you will not find a better RMT in the Kingston area. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is unmatched.

Got a massage with Monica to help with shoulder mobility, massage was great a lot of the tightness was reduced and she gave me some good stretches to help!
