From someone who has seen a lot of massage therapists and who has incurred too many sport related injuries, Shannon and Rachel both offer the absolute best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and extremely effective when it comes to dealing with acute injuries. They use a wide variety of techniques including the Grasston method (which I haven't seen offered anywhere else in town) and cupping to support their individual approach to getting you feeling better. Rachel has even seen my 9 year old son who has a plethora of health related issues. My son always comes home relaxed and asking to go again soon. I highly highly recommend!

The best massage I’ve ever had. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and had an hour prenatal massage with Shannan. I didn’t want it to end. I would highly recommend to anyone. It would also be a great gift for anyone with a pregnant friend. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love Kingston Massage Therapy. Shannan has been my massage therapist for over 3 years and she provides the best care possible. She is thorough, detailed and knows how to make a person feel better :) Her facilities are always super clean and I felt very confident seeing her throughout the pandemic. Incredible massage therapy treatment from Hannah! Lovely personality and amazing pressure and flow in treatment. Back and neck feel so much better! Will definitely be returning!
