Years ago when I moved to Nanaimo I saw Alisha on a whim and she has been one of the best choices during my time in Nanaimo! Almost eight years later and Alisha is still my go to. I’ve been coming to Kiyo for many years and Alisha has been my stylist for a majority of those years. She is absolutely wonderful. I never have to worry about what my hair might look like or if I am unsure of what I want to do for colour or cut at the appointment - it always turns out amazing. I always feel comfortable and in good hands! Honestly 10/10 if I could. :)

Re: massage at Kiyo Salon Tabatha is a wonderful service provider. In early February I had a sugaring and 30 minute massage. She expertly “sandwiched “ the massage into the sugaring service. She was courteous, friendly and professional. I felt like I was in very good hands indeed! Thank you Tabatha. Sarah is excellent. I have been getting massages for many, many years. The massage Sarah gave me today was superlative. She is intuitive, patient, strong and able to really get to some upper back areas that many people just “float “ over. Sarah asked and listened well to what I told her I needed- and then responded beautifully! I highly recommend Sarah indeed! Maureen

I recently had my brows laminated, tinted and shaped by Jillian. I had seen someone else at a different place for threading and they ruined my brows. Jillian did an incredible job!! She made my dreams come true and gave me the most beautiful brows. Her attention to detail was amazing! I’m so happy!! I cannot recommend Jillian more!!
