Sandi is unbelievable. I have been in unbelievable pain and discomfort for the last 3 weeks. I received an hour appointment with hot stones and cupping . My shoulders are no longer up by my ears, the tension and swelling in my lower back and hip was pulled out with the combination of heat and cupping . Had my first ever massage with Sandi from Knead it or Knot. It was a great, relaxing experience. She started with hot stone, and also used the hot bamboo as well as the cupping. I had little circles all over my back afterwards, I felt like an olympic athlete haha
