I had a hip replacement and have completely recovered thanks to Adam Lece. Through Adam’s expertise and guidance, I followed the program he set out for me. He taught me not to be afraid to follow through with the exercises, yet to be mindful to not push too hard. I graduated from walking with a cane for several months to going down hill skiing, biking and hiking. At the age of 77, I am grateful that Adam gave me back a quality of life that I thought was gone. He is extremely experienced, professional, friendly and a great teacher. The entire Staff at Kneaded care were alway friendly and professional. Thank you S Howe

Ms. Alison Christensen was an excellent physiotherapist to help prepare me for labour. She explained everything in a way I could understand and was flexible with our care plan based on what my needs were. Would definitely recommend.

Adam has been working on my repairing Achilles - he is constantly letting me know how the process is going, extremely receptive to my needs and feedback, and ultimately I feel he is working for the best interest of my rehab. I love how he explains what is going on with my healing process, and offers multiple ways to address the issues. Just top notch and I feel very taken care!

Thank you so much Shitika. I was in a great deal of shoulder pain when I first started treatment. Very professional, showing me how to do exercises and moving my shoulder to get back my mobility. I am now more or less free of pain. If you need physio i highly recommend Shitika.

Love everything about this place. The staff are all kind and knowledgeable and care about their patients. My daughter has weekly visits with Anna (physiotherapist) after a knee surgery and she is so patient with her and genuinely cares about her well-being.
