I decided to change nail salons & chose here, & I'm SO glad that I did. The staff are so nice. They converse, they're friendly. The 2 receptionist gentlemen that I've met are absolutely wonderful! My nail tech was a super nice lady & was extremely thorough making sure my nails were smooth. Beyond happy with the service. Already have my next appointment booked.

Six Days after my appointment. I can already see the banding and redness under the fake nail - That is NOT supposed to happen. They damaged my real nail far too aggressively. Not to mention the acrylics are already coming off at the base & theyre not fully on my nail. I have 5 nails where my real nail is sticking out 2cm on the side. They dont look good. (I wish i would have paid more attention in the chair maybe thats my fault) oh and the chrome on 2/10 nails they charged me 5$ for started chipping off the next day. My birthday is April 28 & I got my nails done on the 19th - they should have lasted. But theyre poorly done & coming off. Will not be back.

I had a facial massage with Maria and it was absolutely wonderful! Not only was it super relaxing, but my skin felt more hydrated and glowing right after the session. Maria is very attentive and has amazing hands. I highly recommend her!

This review is not to diminish, but rather to learn from a business perspective. I booked my spa package for 10 am on a Saturday. I received a confirmation via text but for 11am. I called the next day, and was told to go by the text time. When I got there they said I was supposed to be there for 10. As a result, the environment around me became very hectic, and alot of conversations among them . I gather they were trying to figure out how to fit me in. When I booked, I asked to have a regular pedicure instead of the shellac, which she assured me was no problem.That didn't happen until I realized the girl doing my nails, was actually preparing for the shellac. That had to be changed. Needless to say they rushed through my manicure which chipped off the following day. My massage however, was a nice experience and appreciated after my experience at the manicure counter. BUT.....why, oh why, do staff members interrupt and knock on the door when they need something???? I do not understand this. I loose that zen vibe and relaxation. I'm just hoping this review can help improve upon your services to this otherwise very beautiful spa that is offered in Sudbury.

I am extremely disappointed with the service my friend and I received at this salon. We showed a clear reference photo, yet the final result was nothing like what we asked for. An excessive amount of hairspray was used, leaving our hair stiff and completely unflattering, we genuinely looked ridiculous!!! We had other commitments and couldn’t stay to fix it, but what’s more frustrating is that no effort was made to correct the issue or even offer an apology. For a professional salon, this is unacceptable. Couldn’t do much about it, as I had 30 minutes left. Save your time and money, do not come here. Very unprofessional. Please save your money!!!!

Went to the one off the Kingsway. First appointment was for a relaxing head massage. Went with a friend who had a very different experience in did. The girl she had was calm and gentle, mine was rough and was busy commenting on my facial flaws. Seriously? Being a nice person, I gave it a 2nd chance and booked a massage...I paid for 60 minutes from the time I walk into the room to the time I left and sure enough, I was in for 40 minutes. Sent them an email to explain my disappointment and got 0 response. Will not recommend them to anyone and will not go there again.

My daughter and I just got regular gel manicure. My girl was very nice but I felt very rushed on. I had to file and fix my nails after she was done. I also had to pick off all the extra gel that was around my nails on my skin. Price was decent but felt like I could have done the same job at home. My daughter however, had a great bail lady. She was very kind and did exactly what my daughter asked for. She was worked on longer than I was for the same thing. Her nails looked great. Daughter very happy with them.
