Honestly, I was disappointed. I had really high hopes for this spa/salon because of how they promote it as fancy and exclusive. When I arrived not only was their floor absolutely disgusting but the receptionist didn’t even look up from her phone. I checked in and waited over an hour for a simple manicure. When the lady did finally show up she refused to put gel on my nails because she said they were to “damaged” she recommended a strengthening nail polish and cleaned up my nails a bit. I will admit my nails were a bit damaged from previously having acrylics. While doing my nails she added way too much cuticle oil and it got all over my clothes and purse. I ended up leaving with my nails still wet. She didn’t cure or dry the polish properly. I’m super disappointed and will not being going back.

I had a wonderful facial experience with Santana! The treatment was relaxing and thorough, and she gave me great recommendations based on my skin type. I left with my skin feeling soft and fresh. I will definitely be back :) Thanks Santana!

I just called to book an appointment for a full gel set. Told them I had not been there before and that I was looking forward to it. She said sorry "She" doesnt work on Tuesdays and hung up on me while I was on the phone. Never asked if there was another day I would prefer. She was rude and hung up on me while I was still on the phone. I think her name was Elise....wow. I would not recommend ????

I just had one of the best pedicures that I have ever had at La Dolce Vita. It was the signature and Shaelynn was amazing. She really took care with the gel layering and the extra pampering with the signature pedicure is sooo worth it!♥️

Carly (sp?) gave me a really relaxing peducure. Her fingers are both gentle and strong. She did a great job of making my neglected feet look beach ready!

I've been going to this place for haircuts for years and years, and not once have I been disappointed. My hairdresser is usually Mandy, and she always does such an amazing job with my hair. Even when I'm not entirely sure what I want, she always creates something that I end up loving and that works with my face. I also have a sensitive ear piercing that's been taking forever to heal, and the last appointment I went to she was super careful around it which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this salon for more reasons than I have room to state. Keep it up yall, you're doing great!
