I can’t remember the name of the man I saw I believe it was Joe! I got my hair highlighted with foils in October, it’s now February and I’m still getting compliments on my colour!!! I wasn’t too thrilled when I first walked out but he said it would suit my needs and last a long time. He was so right! I always bounced around, tried many places in town but very happy that he was able to predict my needs!! I bought a huge bottle of purple shampoo and still have lots left! It was defiantly worth it!
Poor customer service specifically Julia after expressing was not happy with my hair and thought okay I'll re book. Rebooked for July the day before she cancels and messages me she was going to book me with someone else and felt defeated. A professional hairdresser would have offered to fix the problem or refunded the money! Neither occurred and I have never had this happen . Spent my entire teen and most of my adult hair appointments with o e hairdresser until he moved away. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed!????
Joe does a great job. When I moved here last year I tried another salon which gave me a horrible haircut. My partner suggested Joe and I've been going ever since.
Received a call to cancel my appointment twice in the last week. Sounds like some staff shortage. Will have to look elsewhere I guess
Comfortable and professional salon. Stylists listen and work with you. Jules is the best stylist ever!
