I've been going to Mackenzie for my nails for a year now, and always come away from my appointments with beautiful nails that get me lots of compliments. Her pricing is great too! Much cheaper than my previous nail salon for a full set plus nail art. I recently had a facial service, and it was so relaxing! My skin felt amazing afterwards, and Mackenzie's after-care information has helped me keep it that way. I can't recommend Lilac Spa enough.

Professional, clean salon. Gel overlay last, which for me is a big deal. I am very rough on my hands, no chips at all. Mackenzie is knowledgable, and is very creative.

I have been going to Mackenzie for about a year now for manicures because of a coworker's referral. Recently I went for a facial and at the end of the session she went through a through explanation of why my skin does what it does, and how we could improve everything. She's a super knowledgeable and quality nail technician and esthetician. Highly recommend her.

I get regular pedicures with Mackenzie, and I have to say it's a highlight of my week when I do. I especially like how she finishes off with a calf and foot massage. So good! She also does a fantastic beard tint, for those of us going a little grey!

After seeing Mackenzie for my pedicures, waxing, and brow tints for almost 4 years, I recently treated myself to an Ultimate Facial as a birthday gift to myself. The included hot stone massage was exactly what I needed! I carry a lot of tension in my face, jaw, neck and shoulders and felt immediate relief. I'd also been finding it challenging to make time for my skincare routine at home (I'm a busy mom). My facial, plus the gentle way Mackenzie makes realistic suggestions, really felt like a reset for me to prioritize my wellbeing. I won't wait this long to book another facial again!
