Why did I wait so long??? I had my first visit with Andree today; it was unbelievably wonderful and therapeutic. I learned so much about how I could improve my wellness journey. Thank you Andree, and I look forward to my follow-up visit in a few weeks. I am now seeing light at the end of the tunnel in my management of my MS; I already feel less spasticity. Andree knows what she is doing for sure! Her treatment works!!!!

The best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been here 4 times and I’ve had Brendon as my therapist. I suffer from SI issues due to lots of cycling and rowing so I need deep tissue work done. He is so focused and seems to be mentally present the entire time. It can be a bit painful because I specifically ask for deep tissue massages, he’s strong and has the endurance to maintain pressure for the entire hour. I honestly don’t know how he does it. I’m pretty muscular with a lot of knots, when I leave I feel like a new person.

My first experience with Limestone Therapies was amazing! McKenzie was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She asked about and focused on my areas of concern and sent me home with a few stretches to help with those areas. The location itself was clean and quiet. They also followed COVID-19 procedures to ensure the safety of both the employees and the clients.
