Absolutey horrible my hair looks disgusting, I asked for a dark red they put bleach on my already bleached hair and it was breaking off. I also booked for hair extentions, they said it would be 2,000 dollars for the hair just by itself, she called me and said it would now be 3,000 plus the styling fee and dying fee and install fee. I put down 800 dollars bc they said it was 2,000 at first, and when they said it was 3,000 I said ok no I’m not paying for this now and now they will not give me my money back after the lady said she will pay for my horrible hair service I got with my 800 I gave them and give me the rest back, I got nothing and the manager assistance said I was threatening them just because I asked for my money back. I also asked for a solid red color and my roots are nearly black still, and was told they cannot give me a root touchup, and didn’t let me know beforehand, and also didn’t let me know they don’t do refunds before I made an 800 deposit. See u guys at court!

I went in for a full leg and brazillian and wow Nicole is such an amazing waxer! For one I am super happy about the results and I will absolutely be booking in again! And two it was my first time being waxed properly, and I was super nervous because I didn't know what to expect. She walked me through everything step and what she was doing especially for it being a very intimate service, I am so grateful for it, we chatted the entire service (which 100% was what calmed my nerves) and she and told me about products for aftercare for my skin and other services that they offer! It was just such a pleasant experience being in such good hands. Thank you again!! I can't wait to come back! ????

I probably stayed at least an extra 30 minutes in the salon after closing and I felt so bad about it, but Kennedy was so patient and very sweet. The staff were all so nice and she did an amazing job on my hair. Thank you so much!

Website needs to be updated/clearer. I booked an appointment for sugaring hair removal. I called 15 minutes before my appointment to clarify (and pre-warn incase they needed to warm the sugar), but was told sugaring will not be available with this aesthetician. This could have been avoided if the website did not have it advertised as waxing or sugaring, and if there was a comment section when booking appointments. I went through with the appointment, but felt some hostility, as if the misunderstanding was my fault. The prices were clearly displayed on the website, so I was not surprised by the end total. But based on the prices I’ve paid for in Saskatoon, and then to not have the hair removal product I prefer, I left disappointed. Thank you for your time. In response to owner: it’s not your customers’ responsibility to navigate a misleading and poorly designed interface to book appointments. I wouldn’t be giving you a poor review if the service was more than sub-par as well. I will not be returning.

Rave to these ladies! I had a day off of work last minute and wanted to treat myself before being a bridesmaid in a wedding. I was not expecting them to make anything work but these ladies did it! Kari was extremely friendly and made my hair feel so much better! Carson held great conversations and answered any questions I had for my lift and tint! Carson also has on her Instagram that she is a master pedicurist and she definitely IS! They took so much stress off my shoulders I will be returning at some point! We also should discuss the decor in the building because man if there is anywhere you want to take some selfies in lloydminster this is the place! I loved my experience today and hope to see this business thrive in the future!

Best place for your salon needs, but today I was disappointed, made an appointment for 11:30, I waited 40min. And still the stylist was busy with the customer she was with. I didn't want to interrupt her. So I left. ???? but in all the staff does a great job. ????

I have been going to see Jessica for two years now and I absolutely adore her. She is so fun and easy to talk to. I enjoy every experience with her. Everyone at Luna Nuova have always been so welcoming. The atmosphere in the building is calm but energetic at the same time. It is so welcoming and I always leave feeling so relaxed!
