I just got beautiful acrylics with pink French tips! They were so careful to make it perfect, asking my opinion and being friendly the whole time. I always feel so relaxed there, the staff are kind and it seems to be a good working environment for all the staff :). I especially feel like the staff are good people, which makes the experience so pleasant.

Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous review. Honestly, I loved going to Luna's with my mom to get mani-pedis and every time we went we had a great experience, until this last time. I got something different, I decided to get nail extensions, I started with a very experienced nail tech who put my nails on but then decided to hand me off to someone else and didn't even ask me if I was okay with that and to top it off this young lady didn't have that much experience and in no way shape or form am I upset with the young lady, she is in the process of learning but I am very upset about not being asked if it would be okay to have someone else finish my nails. I am not happy with my nails at all, I was told that ombre nails have two colors and there was only one used, there's nail polish on parts of my fingers, and when I mentioned that there's too much sparkle it wasn't corrected and I can go on about this but I am not going to. I am beyond disappointed and wish that the person who started my extensions would have finished them ???? I am rewriting my review because my husband didn't want me to complain and honestly neither did I because I loved going to Luna's but I'm not happy with my extensions

Worst experience ever the lady said it was $5 to remove my nails. it was not $5 it was $35 even though I already removed half of them for her b3fore arriving. biggest joke ever what a ripoff. it cost me $36 in total to have them put on, in abby. never go here they're a big rip off

I use to love going here. Today was not so great. I was looking around and noticed how run down everything looked. And I still have callouses on my heels. Just not that impressed. Too bad.

They were able to take me as a walk in client, they were friendly and chatty....seem to have some regulars. My issue is the cleanliness of the place and the fact that they don't sanitize their instruments! I once got a toenail fungus from a salon years ago that did the same thing, I don't ever want to go through that again! They cut my toenails crooked and painted the complete wrong colour on them! I will never return to this salon because of how dirty it was and they don't seem to practice good hygiene with their instruments. The price was OK but not the best pedicure. ....I am so disappointed!

Worst manicure I've ever had. The shop and nail station was dirty. The tech cut all around my nails including the skin behind my nails taking chunks of flesh out in 5 places which continued to bleed for several hours they were so bad. I was left sitting under a nail fan with no instruction while the tech left to start on another customer. After sitting for 10 min without any further interactions from any staff I got up, paid almost $40 for the regular (not gel) polish that chipped within the hour. On top of everything, it took an extremely long time. I was there for an hour and a half!
