Always have such a lovely experience at Lux! Emily did my bio gel set today and we had some fun with the new cat eye polishes. Services is always nice and all staff are welcoming :) they also have tea and coffee for clients

I would always come here for nails and never had a disappointing service. I came and asked for a specific design, came in and got poor service, nail tech was very rude name was Thi, she was arguing with me over the design and when she couldn’t do the design I asked for normal French and she said no. I left the salon with poorly done lace nails and the lines were all splotchy. I tried to get a refund because I wasted $85 on nails that came off 3 days later because of poor application. VERY disappointed to waste so much and do nothing about it. NEVER coming back.

My family and I have been going to Lux for probably 5+ years now! We love the atmosphere and the Team that Kim has created. Always so welcoming and happy to do whatever you need. From my wedding to many many vacations we will be heading to Lux! Thank you Kim! And shout out to Helen for my most recent set!

I was at first very hesitant on coming to a new nail place as I’ve been searching for one for years. Today I went to Lux Nails Spa and I had SUCH a good experience!!! I got sat with Sophia and she did such a great job. I had great conversation and she did such a great job on my nails!! They are so nice here and patient, they take their time with their work and make sure it is just how you want it !! I will be coming back here for sure!! Please try them out I promise you will have such a good experience

I’ve been going to Lux for well over a year now. I do gel manicures and regular pedicures. I am always happy with my results, the team are all friendly and more then capable of helping to create any design you ask for! The salon is always clean and they use new equipment with every client. I took my whole bridal party here for pre-wedding treat. Highly reccomend!

I always get the best gel sets here. I’ve had a great experience with every single staff member at this location. There is always a high attention to detail which makes my sets so long lasting and I always get compliments on my nails even after weeks of wear. I highly recommend getting your nails done here you won’t be disappointed.

Anna did an amazing job! My nails turned out just how I wanted, and she helped me pick out the perfect colour for what I was looking for. I’ve been going to Lux nail spa for a while now and they never disappoint. If you’re looking for a 5 star nail salon in Guelph this is definitely the place to go. Staff is always super welcoming and friendly and you can tell they really care about their clients. Everyone there is amazing but I had excellent service from Anna! ????

I brought my daughter to Lux Nails as a birthday gift. The staff are very talented and did an incredible job with the designs on her nails. My daughter couldn’t have been happier with her nails. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Kim and the staff at Lux!
