Fantastic experience - from start to finish. From booking the appointments (Adrianna was amazing to work with, she knowledgeable, answered all of my questions….and then the actual massages ... Went in for my first appointment and they help with the pain in my shoulders and neck and lower back. Would recommend to anyone who's having trouble. Just make sure you have your benefits ready if you’re a new client and have to fill out paperwork for your appointment. Also front receptionist was also very nice and helpful!

Called a couple hours to my appointment to reschedule due to horrible weather outside. A complete blizzard. Roads were atrocious and I live on the complete opposite side of Barrie. When I asked to reschedule due to the weather the lady at the front said she wanted to charge me and when I said weather is out of my hands, her exacts words were “well you had all day to call us to reschedule. We have had other people calling about last minute appointments”. It’s not like I ever reschedule. I come religiously once to twice a month to see Miles and this one time when something is out of my control you want to charge me? Are you kidding. It’s weather for god sakes. Disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely disgusting and rude receptionist. I called 4 times, no one picked up. The only reason I called is because it said online to call directly to book for more than one person at a time. Called again, left a message, giving all the details and the inquiry. Next day I call again, everything is booked up and the receptionist had the audacity to tell me I never left a message. Absolutely, disgusting and called me a liar. Is this how you conduct business? Pathetic
