Not a good experience. Right from the beginning things were not good, the room was cold, the masseuses hands were rough and calloused, and the massage was only 45 min (paid for 60). For the massage itself, the start on my neck area, was excellent great job. However the rest was moderate at best. Not much pressure and no real focus on anything just kind of drifted from the feet to the legs without any purpose.

Booked myself for post natal massage and was specifically mentioned that while booking myself in but receptionist booked me with regular massage Therapist and then 60 minutes session of massage included 30 minutes of paper work and just massage for 30 minutes. Was really disappointed. When I bring this up to the working staff no body responded appropriately.

First 20 minutes were really good for the problem I had addressed, but after that it felt like a lazy boyfriend one handed massage. Why are you one handing a massage ? I could hear him on his phone above my head, benefit of the doubt changing his podcast, I asked for water and he jumped up where I could not see him and grabbed my water, put it back on my chair, I tried to relax again and continued to hear phone clicks and typing for the next 15 minutes, I had to ask “hey.. are you in your phone?” He said “no I have my headphones in” … I said well I keep hearing clicking noises on a phone? He said “I’m not clicking anything. I asked “what time is it?” He said “ya have 5-6 minutes left” … 5 minutes felt like 20 after I have been very uncomfortable. Sameep definitely on his phone and I’m not stupid. To top the cake the new owners couldn’t direct bill to my insurance after an awful uncomfortable experience ever though I know I have coverage. Will never be back to this establishment:

Just had my massage done yesterday, and they also gave me advice to keep myself tense-free! Loved it so much, I will definitely keep coming to use up my benefits!! The massuce and the receptionist team were all great people and helpful. Thank you!!

I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment or even rescheduling one. The staff is always polite and willing to help in any way they can. The massage therapist is always on time. I have never had to wait. I find the building to be clean and tidy when I’m there. And they always double check if I’m paying personally or if it is through an insurance company before finishing the bill .

I have been to this place for massages on 31 March and did not get full 60 minutes massage but they charged me for for 60 minutes, i have reported this issue last week as well but no action has been taken by the manager. Manager did asked me for doctor’s note in email as I am postpartum but didn’t respond to email when I asked the manager that why I was not asked for doctor’s note when I booked myself for massage.

They canceled my appointment more than three times, with the last cancellation happening just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to postpone other commitments just for this appointment, and yet they did this. It seems they are not professional, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time booking services here.

Aaron was a total professional and was able to give the deep tissue massage I was looking for. He also gave some other very informative information and stretching exercises. I will definitely book with him again.
