This was my first visit to Message Addict. I was totally impressed. Reception was highly efficient, the message rooms were clean and well equipped, the masseuse was professional and in addition to a great message she provided me with some advice and exercises to help to improve my condition. Upon completion I was informed that they had already submitted my charged to my insurer and I just needed to pay the co pay portion. Overall a great experience.

Love this place. Tasha rocks she is my gal! She helps with my shoulder pain and she’s awesome to talk to. She’s always happy and listens to what I need. Diana at the front desk is super cute and kind, she’s just a mama bear she’s fun to chat to and has always made me feel welcome. This is why I continue to come back! Thank you!

Only my second time at this location but I’ve chosen Andrea both times and will continue to choose her for future appointments as she is fantastic! I book my appointments online or in office and everything goes smoothly at the front desk as well as with insurance and payment.

The therapists are great. The office side is awful. My November appointment was cancelled in August and I didn't find out until the day before, after I replied to the confirmation text. Then I get messages nagging me to come in so I don't lose my membership. There were no appointments available for the rest of the month by then. You can't even call the office - nobody answers, so I can't even cancel the rest of my upcoming appointments. Also, the machine asking for tips when you pay is tacky and gross.

Staff are very lovely there. Tasha is incredible. I went to many RMTs and I can honestly say she is fantastic. My shoulders and my neck felt so relieved after seeing her. I carry so much tension in my neck, shoulders and after seeing her I felt great. Definitely going back!!

Ben is amazing. With-in the first consultation, he identified my problem with wrist and fixed it. I had the issue and had been to several physiotherapy sessions but nothing changed and I continued to suffer. But Ben at Massage Addict fixed it and his massages are so impactful. I took membership now and go there regularly. Erin, the chiropractor is great as well.
