I had the best massage experience I have ever had during the 1 hour massage therapy session. It was my second visit. This visit was amazing: this particular RMT was certified in multiple specializations and had a gentle, polite, respectful, caring and client-focused approach. Very skillful. I intend to come back once monthly from now on!

The atmosphere is bright and calming, the staff is friendly and professional. My massage therapist Martin was excellent, personable and hands of an angel, he asked how I was after the treatment. I felt amazing when I left. Highly recommend Martin and massage Addict. Janet

Great structure...clean and serene environment. Friendly, super competent staff. If you are in need of a cure for any type of ailment you need to book an appointment with BING WANG...she is seriously one the most caring, knowlegable and competent TCM practioners. She is an amazing individual...#highly recommended

Robyn was so knowledgeable and kind. It was my 1st time doing Reflexology and I'm sleeping so well. Can't wait for my next appointment. The front desk reception needs to be commended also. The customer service is impeccable!!

I'm not a fan of acupuncture. The website says "The needles aren't supposed to hurt, or if they do, then you'll just feel a dull ache"...but the needles actually hurt a lot. I was not informed of the side effects (worse pain, aches, etc) until literally just before the needles were inserted into my body. The acupuncturist made me very uncomfortable with personal questions. ...My foot still hurts.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Mithun is the BEST!!! Tried a few others but didn't like them. Almost gave up on Massage Addict buy tried once more. HE is the reason I am still there
