Today was my second session with Wes at Massage Addict, and I must say he is truly exceptional. Wes is a kind-hearted professional who genuinely listens to your concerns and focuses on addressing your problem areas with the right effort and technique. His expertise is evident in his work – he can precisely identify and target the muscles causing discomfort. Not only did Wes provide an incredible massage that eased my pain, but he also went above and beyond by recommending specific stretches to help relieve my sore muscles. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail make all the difference. I absolutely loved his massage technique and will always choose him for any future treatments. Wes is simply the best! First massage here i explained to the rmt that my previous one use to do a vertigo pressure point massage that works well for my vertigo. She then argued with me that i don't have vertigo since I haven't been diagnosed by a neurologist. 10 min later of speaking she did the massage which was good but I also noticed that she took 10 min away from my massage due to our initial assessment conversation. I recently went to my family doctor and explained how I might not have vertigo and she was very upset and told me not to listen to the rmt. She explained that it is vertigo and if I want she will send me to a specialist. Anyway my vertigo came back and I went to a different rmt in brampton who treated it properly. I will not be going back to this location. The rest of the staff were very friendly tho!

I have never been to get a massage before. So I am trying to be as fair as possible. I have since spoken to colleagues and friends about my experience and the way I feel the following day and they have all said the same thing. I should be sore, but a 'good sore'. Which I am. I felt 'energized' getting to the gym this morning despite my soreness.

Terrible Terrible place, they cancel appointments at last minute, therapists don't show up for appointments, front desk person is so rude. Worst message clinic ever.

I have been coming here for a year now and I must say the service I get is top notch. All the staff members are always welcoming and very flexible. My therapist Ping is amazing. I have chronic neck and back pain with lots of stiffness around that area and she helped me so much . She is fun to talk to and very insightful. Makes me comfortable every single time I’m in. All the receptionists are wonderful . Shout out to Emma at the front desk who made my life easier by submitting my co- payment to my secondary insurance. Overall I love coming here and I would give them 10/10.
