Katelyn was very professional and knowledgeable and provided a very relaxing experience, yesterday my back pain was preventing me from moving, during the spasms the pain was really bad, today the pain is almost gone, it's just a bit stiff. It was well worth the money. I called in after having to leave work early because of the bad back, they managed to squeeze me in the same day. Great service, polite and professional staff, and very relaxing and clean atmosphere.

Lindsay at reception was friendly, professional and efficient. The therapist, also named Lindsay, was equally excellent. Her technique was a perfect balance (not too delicate and not too aggressive) and she actively listened and was responsive to my needs. Overall an extremely positive experience.

I came here a few months ago to see one of the RMT’s for a massage. While the massage itself was fine, for the entire duration of the massage (1hour) she was talking about her childhood trauma and her family dynamics. And then proceeded to tell me she “believes in energy transfer” all while massaging me and continuing to talk about her past traumas… I felt very uncomfortable for the entire duration of the treatment. I’m not one for confrontation so I thought if I didn’t talk she would also stop, but that was not the case. I left feeling not so relaxed…

I go to Gabriela every couple of months and she is always fantastic. She is both professional and personable and always makes me feel comfortable. I have gone to her for both pain and relaxation and she is great at helping with both! I have nothing but good things to say about Gabriela.

earlier today, i had my deep tissue massage and it was terriiiiiffffic. the rmt (shoutout to Erika) was awesome! Best experience ever. Definitely looking forward to this excellent service and staff.
