I've been going to this location for years. The front desk staff and the RMTs are all very friendly and very professional. I have sunlife insurance and they submit for me every time without issues. My insurance policy covers me each time. I'm not sure what another person was talking about when they said this location cannot bill to sunlife insurance because yes they can and this location obviously does not commit fraud. What a lie that person told. Its sounds like the issue is with their policy and nothing to do with massage addict. I highly recommend massage addict Kitchener!

The front desk lady's were great and very nice. I went for a massage worst one I have had it was uncomfortable. He wore gloves felt scratchy and massages parts that i didn't ask. Did not feel the tightness in my back go away. I will not be returning there.

I went to see Ali last month for a massage using my insurance. I didn’t have any expectations since it was my first massage, but it was amazing! Ali explained everything clearly and made the whole experience super comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to massages. Highly recommend!

there is a lot of room for improvement. the team has to work on how to impact the customer by providing them an experience rather than just service. detailed one on one consultation and reviewing will be much better. to know the customers and for the customers to know what really are the services and its impacts.
