Naomi was so nice greeting me and being so kind explaining how everything works because it was my first time. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Ryan addressed the issues I had so well...I had fallen down the stairs last summer on my lower back. I woke up today (the next day) feeling absolutely amazing. Not only did he outdo himself, the giant bump of scar tissue I have been self conscious about forever is gone!!! He also unpunched a nerve that I didn't know I had. He's got magic hands! Thank you so much Massage addict I will be a patient for life!

Great experience all around 10 out of 10 service! The message therapist Jacob is amazing! The staff is very kind! Definitely recommend trying this location out! And I'm sorry but I do have to say don't ask for Karin she was not pleasant turned my husband away after massaging for 5 mins because he smelled a little like marijuana and made him pay full price too, do not get her if you can help it. Other then her all the rest of the staff has been great!

Rarely do appointments actually happen. They're good at booking the appointment, but not so good at follow through with the service reserved. About 3 out of 5 of my massage appointments have been cancelled last minute because the therapist was "no longer available". (?!) Would not recommend wasting your time. Book with an experienced massage clinic that takes the success of their business more seriously. Very disappointing.

I have to be honest, I was feeling very stressed and having alot of backpain. Massage Addict was able to get me in last minute and quickly which was wonderful. The receptionist was very kind. However the massage therapist lady I had was not so professional. She swore multiple times, talked about her personal life and issues. complained about the room being too hot for her and was just very chatty and loud during the massage. This was the complete opposite of what I expected a relaxation massage to be. Don’t get me wrong, she did a great job at the massage part and was very nice but I don’t think I would go back to this location again based on this experience. Also, every time I would engage in her conversation, she would stop massaging. I feel like I lost out on a chunk of time despite paying for the full hour. I felt that the massage experience was overtaken by her lack of professionalism.

I only booked my appointment the day before. The availability of therapists is super impressive. Maki is great. I love how bubbly and happy she is. Very positive person to visit. I love how she suggests how to do my breathing during my massage. Very therapeutic and relaxing. The perfect pick-me-up. I see a few different therapist depending on my needs and they are all wonderful!

We just moved a month ago here in st. Kitty and I’m been looking for a massage therapist. Good thing I found this site through google and saw lots of good reviews and I tried it. Last weekend I had a massage with Susan and she did a great job, she’s beyond incredible and definitely coming back again and again with her.
