It was my first time getting a massage, so I was somewhat nervous at first, but Danielle Straus was amazing!! She was highly skilled, and she made sure to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The ambiance was nice, dimmed lights, soft music. Definitely will be coming back!

I told my massage therapist of the areas that I felt the most pain and to focus on and he did not work on any of those 2 areas. He did his standard routine and sent me out the door. I don't feel like he understood or met my needs. Very disappointing experience. He also used gloves to massage me. I've never had that before. It's weird. Like why get into this profession if you’re going to use plastic gloves on a person.

I always receive excellent treatment from very skilled therapists. They are kind, friendly and know what they are doing. They also understand my pain and anxiety and did their best to help me easing the pain I had. They are knowledgeable and know the spots that they need treatment. They explain to me the treatment plan and why they are following certain methods per my condition. Front desk staff are very welcoming and nice. The front area is clean and comfortable. Washrooms are maintained! I highly recommend Massage Addict to everyone who might need their services. Thank you

Booked myself for a chiropractor first time visit , honestly felt the whole process was rushed and completed so fast. They say technically the first visit takes up about 30 mins, guess what mine was done within 10 mins including the cracking part. Very less information was given out and I’m not sure if I’d wanna come back to the same place. No grudge against anyone up there, but I’d rather have the professional personnel give out proper time and care for services like this. The place looks great overall though, pretty clean and tidy!

I had an excellent massage from Natalia, who was very thorough, skilled, and professional, and provided great advice on stretching and exercises I can do between appointments to help with my issues. My only concern is the tipping option at the front desk. It is an automatic message that appears before completing an electronic transaction. I don't tip for insurable medical treatments, and thought that it was unethical for a service provider accept tips for registered massage therapy? I felt awkward not leaving a tip, as it was by no means a reflection of the fantastic service. I did try to express this with the reception staff. I haven't had an rmt massage in a few years, and have never been faced with an automated tipping screen at any clinics before in KW. Perhaps the etiquette has changed, but I can't justify tipping on an insured medical treatment.
