I got a wonderful facial today. Rachelle was efficient, starting the experience with a nice upper back and neck massage. Then, when after the facial mask was put on, Rachelle gave me the best foot massage I had ever had. Great overall experience.

Matnik Spa is really lovely. The staff are nice and very professional. They are responsive and tailor the services to your needs (just let them know what you like!). I would recommend highly!

I got a Brazilian and do not recommend going here. I have gotten a Brazilian multiple times and this was super painful, super sticky and a lot of hair was missed. The lady was super nice but if you want fast, little to no pain and someone who is a professional at a Brazilian I would not recommend going here.

The worst manicure and pedicure of my life! The manicurist had great supplies and zero skills. She had no knowledge of how to cut cuticles. On my feet she used a nail filer to take off my shellack and even when I repeatedly told her it’s hurting my skin she continued and actually scrapped my skin. Only when she saw the red skin she stopped. The application of nail polish was so bad that it reminded me of kindergarten girls playing tea party and doing their nails. My toes - it’s a joke! A caked layer of paint! Awful! She knocked the base all over my toes and didn’t bother to clean it up. Also, she complained about another customer who obviously made a mistake and came earlier. Reminder: this was my first time with the aesthetician. This eventful two hours experiment - my first and last time there - costed me $103. I did mention to the owner I wasn’t happy with the service I got and I got the coupon for facial. I came for manicure and pedicure. I came home and took off the nail polish and booked with another salon.

Wow - I had the full body scrub with Diana and it was amazing. From start to finish it was such a relaxing and comforting experience. The quality of products were great. The body scrub was perfect and she asked if the pressure was too hard or too light, it was great. You then take a steamy hot shower in their very clean and modern shower and come back to be fully moisturized. Your skin feels like butter when you're done. It's unreal. Will definitely do this 2-3 times a year, especially after the change of seasons.

I got a fantastic facial here! Another service I highly recommend is the slim wave. My waist was starting to creat a muffin top and in 6 sessions it’s gone! I’m so satisfied!
