It was such a pleasure to meet and get a massage from Minévia! We both connected at an event that we were apart of this past weekend. She has so much beautiful products that will embellish the skin. It was so amazing to see her set up (I will attach a photo) and her professionalism through and through! I was able to take 15 minutes to get a massage before the event ended and it was so amazing. I felt at complete peace. It was a much needed massage and I am so grateful that Minévia was the one to do it!! Her hands are golden!!!!!!!! She applied the right pressure when necessary but for me, the entire experience of meeting her and getting the massage was an absolute gift! If you’ve been thinking to book a consultation with her, book any type of service or buy her products, I highly suggest that you don’t think twice! AMAZING CARE! I am so happy that I found Minevia years ago! I had tried so many different aestheticians and unfortunately did not find someone that I was comfortable with and felt like they had the care and experience I was looking for. It has been over 7 years I ONLY go to Minevia and she always makes me feel better. She uses amazing products, holistic and green, great prices, she is generous, kind, she takes her time and she often spoils me with a little extra care. I trust her not only because she is that kind of person, but she is caring and non judgemental. She puts her heart in what she does and truly wants her clients feeling good when they come to her spa. She is very meticulous when it comes to sanitization which is very important for me. Through the years I have done so many services with her, but thanks to her knowledge and experience, I now have amazing glowly clear skin. I also started doing my lazer with her and as a brown women feel like I am under good hands. Sincerely I can keep going on about her services, but more than anything the reason you should try her is because of the amazing caring person she is. She has always made time for me, moved around her schedule or stay later. Minevia is one of kind and I am SO GRATEFUL for her !!!

The owner has very poor communication skills and poor customer service! Been supporting her since the pandemic, a loyal customer, but she simply doesn’t appreciate or care about her customers! Been out of the country for some time, and I flew in specifically for her services out of loyalty, planned my whole itinerary around her appointment. She tries to switch my appointment at the last minute when I was already on the plane! When I let her know how unacceptable that was, she called me rude and canceled my appointment altogether, then blocks me!!! Completely unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend her overpriced services! Go spend your money where you are valued as a customer and not treated like you are disposable!

Absolutely loved taking a course with Minévia. She is so sweet and patient and above all a great teacher. She really takes the time to make sure you're doing it right and I feel so much more confident! Definitely recommend. Will be going back for more classes in the near future !
