Had an incredible experience with Adam at Musa! He gave my husband the best beard trim he has ever had—his attention to detail is amazing, and he took the time to shape everything perfectly. He also got waxing done, and he made sure the process was quick and as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Adam for anyone looking for top-notch grooming services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Musa and his barbers are a great team. It’s well worth the price! Great cuts, great support, and a good attitude. To avoid problems, schedule online, and show up 15 minutes early.

We always bring my 2 year old to see Zac. He is so lovely and amazing with kids! However, he has seen a few of the other guys and they are all amazing at what they do! My little guy is hard to keep still but they do a great job at keeping him happy and distracted. The cuts always look great ☺️

What a great find. I travelled from Toronto to get my son (studies at Brock) to get hair cut as he had interview Monday morning. Searched Barbershop in St Catherine and Musa’s came up. Went to 90 Lincoln location and they were closing. As we were speaking with the person closing Musa came by, introduced himself, heard my dilemma and called his welland location right away and booked appointment for my son. Person closing was Musa’s son Humza (sorry if I got the name wrong). Such a pleasure to see Musa taking care of us and so professional. He and his son was so apologetic. Which they shouldn’t be. The welland location Rebaz gave my son amazing hair cut ( aa per the pic shown) and beard trim. He treated my son as a VIP customer but then I witnessed that all the employee were doing the same with their customer. Place was continuously getting cleaned. What a great experience. Thank you Musa and team Musa. Five + stars

I want to start off by saying everyone there is really nice, professional attitudes, etc. However I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore, it’s my third time coming and all 3 times I’ve given a photo, a description, instructions, and then they just nod and say “got it” and then start free-styling. I say “I’m not taking much off the beard, I want it full, just want it even” and then he starts fading my beard and 2 inches are gone… we discuss how much to take off the top, agreed to half an inch or so, and then he lops off 2 inches. Just very unsatisfied this time around, when you’re paying $50 for a service and tip, you expect them to listen to what you want. I don’t like writing bad reviews but cmon, you should never walk out of a barbershop wishing you had the haircut you came in with.
