Elements is a very warm and friendly day spa! The front office staff is extremely helpful and communicative - making arrangements for juggling appointments to accommodate my schedule. And Mila is an amazing, compassionate and very competent massage therapist! She worked out some deep-seated pain I've been carrying for a long time. Mila is very perceptive as to where work is needed and balanced in her approach. The place itself is quiet and welcoming.

I felt an instant calm the moment I walked into Elements, with it's relaxing decor and warm, friendly staff. I was treated with an herbal tea while I waited for my hot stone massage (which I have never had before). Mila was amazing and she could totally read my body. Recently suffering from an injury, I feel (2 weeks later) completely realigned, my body hasn't felt this good in years. Raving about the whole experience would be an understatement. Be sure to treat yourself at Elements, you deserve it.

I have had a few services here and have enjoyed every one. The spa has a nice vibe and staff are kind. I really enjoyed my facial with Carissa, she was happy to chat skin care with me which I appreciated! Would recommend this spa to anyone in Nanaimo :)
