Their knowledge and expertise show in every treatment, and I love how conveniently located the spa is. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable without compromising on quality. I have been using the spa's laser hair removal service for one year. Since I tried many places before for this service, I have had bad and good experiences, so I was very cautious about my treatment plan. On my first few sessions at Natalie Maaden, I was not sure if my treatment plan has been set up cost-effectively as I was noticing slow progress. However, Barbara (the manager) listened to my concerns patiently and explained my plan clearly and professionally. She put all her efforts to ensure that I benefit the service in a time line that has been set in the beginning. She followed up with the technician and made necessary changes to the plan. The Spa was clean and tidy with welcoming environment. The technicians whom I worked with were very polite, friendly, and professional. I will continue to use their service.

The staff at this place was so kind and sweet! I actually chose to visit here because their pricing is very fair compared to other places. I just went for laser hair removal consultation and everyone was super friendly inside. The consultation was free of charge but even based off of my short visit, I felt a lot more comfortable and in better hands than at other laser clinics that I’ve been to where it felt rushed. None of that here, you are in good hands! The interior was very nice and clean, and this will definitely be the beauty salon I will recommend to family and friends!

Definitely recommend and will likely be going back. My facial was awesome my skin feels great, i got a pedicure as well and love it! Only thing was my massage was supposed to be an hour but ended up only being 45-50 minutes by the time i got changed and everything got set up but otherwise it was still really nice. And Amy was so awesome! Really nice and the services were so relaxing. Unfortunately i got a piece of exfolient in my eye during the facial but she was quick to help rinse my eye to get it out!

I went in for a micro needling and it was completed by Aimee Thomas. My experience was very positive. I am not good with needles actually hate needles and Aimee took the time to explained the process and showed me how the tool worked. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and asked me often if I was okay to continue. Very polite and professional. I would recommend Aimee to my friends and family in a heartbeat. I love Natalie Maaden spa. I have been coming to this spa for over a year. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I like all of the staff I’ve met and recommend Chandan for nail services. The spa itself is all comfy and there’s a cute little shop for spa products and clothing. As a hard working mom I never did anything for myself and a year ago I decided to treat myself to a spa membership. Love it!!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience over the years getting my brows and lashes tinted with Kim who is incredibly sweet and has such a calm demeanor. The results are perfect, my brows and lashes look amazing, and the process is quick and comfortable. Highly recommend!
