I have been frequenting Natural Balance since shortly after it opened. It’s my quiet “me time” for a manicure, pedicure and wax. LOVE the staff and experience. If my hubby finds out Krista has an opening for a pedicure he will have it filled for himself faster than she can post it!! You will definitely enjoy any and all services you choose. I’ve gotten to the point of making all my appointments for the year in January!! I don’t want to miss one!!

All the ladies were wonderful, right from the friendly morning greeting to the hope to see you again exit. This was my first time at this location I've only had a handful of facials, never returning to same place for one reason or another. Bree made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definately be returning for facials and to try other services.

I loved this place! What a gem. I was given a gift certificate and was really impressed with the calm atmosphere and personal attention. I love that it’s in my neighbourhood. She did a great, thorough job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back!!

Booked a 'Head to Toe' spa package (facial, massage and pedicure) for $195 plus $20 gratuity that's automatically added. I was there roughly 3 hours and had Alana for all of the services. She was fantastic. The price is a great value. The environment is super clean and relaxing and I loved their products. Will definitely be back again.

Well I am glad you prompted this review ???? My daughter and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to treat ourselves and get our (very) neglected eyebrows a wax, dye and mow????. It was lovely and quiet and our Esthetician Alana was the perfect mix of professional and efficient. She invited the both of us to hang together in the same relaxing room while we each took our turn, and managed flawlessly to match our new and civilized brows to our hair colour. Both my daughter and I have extremely sensitive (more like angry!????) skin and I have been getting my eyebrows done for 35+ years. In ALL of that time I have NEVER left an appt. without a two hour+ red, rashy, and itchy face. As soon as the mirror was handed to me to check out my new brows, I was clear and redness-free! I was shocked! My daughter had some redness (to be fair she has the colouring of a human ghost!) but it resolved quite quickly. Best new eyebrow day for the both of us, we love them. Into the good-books you go‼ Thank-you very much!
