Where should I start? We moved in St Catharines not too long ago and since then, I was hesitant to look for a new hairdresser in the area. I called Natural Solutions in Pen Center and I was asked if I had been there before and I said no, first timer. I met Marika and asked for a layered haircut. She did what I asked and beyond that. I was so happy with the finished product and showed my daughter as soon as she got home and she liked it too. I am a satisfied customer and definitely will come back! I am loving my new haircut. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Marika. Marika assessed my hair needs and was very gentle with my 4c natural hair. She was professional and I loved the final look. It's also great to know there are stylists that specialize in Black hair at Natural Solutions, this can sometimes be hard to come by in the Niagara region. Moreover, the salon is beautiful, clean and the staff are very friendly. From booking to the actual hair appointment, the whole process was seamless. I will definitely be back sooner than later. Marika was a godsend!! My mom came home yesterday after getting her haircut with Marika and she looked so good???? She was so cute and happy about it and she recommended Marika to me. I’ve been to a lot of salons in the past and had come to the conclusion to cut my own hair. Having not gotten my hair done by a professional in years had me a little nervous, but Marika did such an amazing job. The service was excellent, I absolutely LOVE my layers and she kept the length as well!! Marika got me excited to put the scissors down and drive out to her. Will definitely be coming back! She’s an angel ????

Just went there today for the first time. Amazing result and an amazing price. For a wash, cut, thinning and style (blow-dry & straighten) with a “junior” hairdresser, it cost me $67 + tip. For me, this is such a deal. I forgot the name of my stylist but she was so quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. I went to first choice prior for the same exact thing and was charged $110 roughly before adding a tip. 10/10, definitely gonna go there again!! Great service too

Had my haircut and styled by Marika a couple weeks ago. She was so kind and did and amazing job. From the wash, to the cut, to the blow out style, everything was perfect. First time I haven’t shed a tear after a haircut in a very long time!

I have been going to see Amanda V at Natural Solutions for over 8 years now and won't go anywhere else for waxing or nails. The prices are very reasonable and the products used are all very high quality. I've never been disappointed with the service I've received and all of the staff are lovely.

Started at Lattitudes in the Pen Center. Unexperienced but friendly young lady. Spent 75$ on a cut plus tip. Back was not what i asked for. Went back to get fixed. No confidence in correcting it so I just left. Get a call from salon saying they are together with natural solutions at other end of mall and they have a senior stylist that could assist me in having it fixed. Ya that was a mistake. Choppy, uneven. They dont seem to be taught in school how to cut hair. Lesson learned. The women were all friendly, never rude and my hair will grow back.
