Horrible experience. Would never return . Rudest and mischievous staff. With zero customer service. I paid 80 dollars for a haircut. For her to leave the main hair I told her I wanted cut. Please people don't trust As they expect you not to. Which i can get for 25$ and even better!!!! Wow. This mall continues to suprise me. I really don't want to say it. It is seriously end of the world. To see these behaviors.

The worst salon I’ve ever seen in my life. They couldn’t even manage their customers properly, and with all the disorganization, they first pushed my appointment back by 30 minutes and then completely canceled it.

Been getting my haircut for the last few years here and never had any complaints, the stylists do an amazing job. Following my last cut I noticed some very painful and itchy bumps on my head but thought they must be ingrown hairs from the cut nothing out of the ordinary. I tried everything to treat them, changing my hair care routine, wasting money on expensive creams and Specialty shampoos. But they would not go away and more and more bumps began showing up. It got so bad I went and saw a doctor and he informed me I was suffering from folliculitis otherwise knowns as (barbers rash) a bacterial infection I most likely got infected with from the stylist not properly washing or sanitizing they’re instruments. I had to be prescribed antibiotics and medical grade lotion, It’s been a nightmare to deal with and I’m reluctantly writing this review because I think the stylists here are very talented, however I think people should know about this before deciding to spend their money here.

II visited them 2 times for my hair consultation and then booked an Appointment with Emma. On the appointment day and time I visited their salon and told them that I have an appointment now for my hair color and the Lady at desk replied me she is off today, Seriously very disappointing. At least they should inform me before the time so, that I can make some other arrangement. Never seen this unprofessional behaviour even, they do not have any contact number of their employee.

I dyed my hair for the first time with Suzan back in June of this year. My hair still look and feel healthy. I still get many compliments on my hair by strangers. And lastly Suzan was a very lovely stylist she made sure I was comfortable and that I approved of every step before she took it. She’s very good with updos as well. I really recommend her for balayage, highlights, haircuts and updos.

I’ve been a long term customer. Usually, I pick the product up myself, but last time I called and asked to put on hold two hairsprays, so that my husband would pick them up for me. I gave the name of the product and the number (Big Sexy Hair Spray and Play no.7). Not expecting any problems, I didn’t check the bottles and just simply put the bag in the cabinet. Today my old hairspray was finished, so I took the new one out. And only today did I notice that the salon gave my husband the wrong hairspray (no.8). I called the salon and explained the situation and asked to exchange it for the right product. The manager admitted the mistake, telling me that it « wasn’t done maliciously », that the bottles look almost identical, so the employee confused them and put a hold on the wrong product. However, the manager refused to make the exchange, saying that it’s been past the two weeks of their exchange policy. I told her that it was their mistake after all and that I relied on their expertise and knowledge of their product. Mistakes do happen, but the right thing would be to correct them. I asked to speak to senior management (owner/district manager as she was named), but the salon manager refused to give me either her phone number or to give my phone number to her. I asked if I could come and talk to her at the salon; she refused to tell me when the owner comes there. I asked for the corporate phone number; she refused to give it as well telling me to search it online myself. Now I have $42 worth of hairspray I cannot use because of the salon’s mistake. Rude, unprofessional, unwilling to resolve the situation caused by their employee. Will never be back, and I’ll tell everyone I know not use their services.
