Had an amazing experience at Nordik Spa! The service was exceptional—every staff member was kind, attentive, and professional. The entire space was spotless, from the saunas to the relaxation areas. Everything felt so peaceful and well-maintained. I left feeling completely refreshed. Definitely planning to visit again soon!

I loved that there were bags in the change rooms for my wet bathing suit. I did not even consider this what I was going to do with it when I left so this was an amazing thoughtful addition. There was a relaxation room that had tea and infused water and again that was an amazing surprise and an excellent touch. You must try the rituals. These were very special and relaxing. I did both and they were equally 10/10. They offer so much at this spa. Well worth the money and visit. I can’t wait to go again!

I have been to this Spa many times now and love it here. It can get busy at times but I recommend booking an early time slot and staying for as long as possible. The food and cocktails available inside aren't cheap but it's quality that is worth every penny. I also recommend checking out the Aufguss that is done hourly in one of the saunas. It is a great experience and the staff does an excellent job. I asked one of the mixologists what their favourite drink was and ended up getting one that wasn't on the menu (it was amazing). Go here and let all your worries drift away and enjoy the atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a drink and some food as well.

One of my favourite places to visit, and absolutely magical in the winters. Usually very busy crowds, but everyone is respectful. Plenty of spots to enjoy and discover in terms of hot pools and sauna’s. Highly recommend doing the Aromatherapy Ritual Sauna — it’s intense and so relaxing. The restaurant is pricey but the food is excellent quality. Lockers, robes, and towels are all provided. Perfect for an anniversary, date, or self care day!

My ultimate favorite spa in Canada. I have tried different places and I always come back to Nordik - Chelsea. From the beautiful architecture and nature views, to super professional staff, cute bars and restaurants, and their daily ritual sessions, it is always a pleasure to be there. The nature massage is also a must have experience.

Wow! I was so blown away at how large the campus of this Spa was. Literally, this is the biggest Spa in All of North America and Truly a Spa Lovers dream. Be happy you will be going to treat yourself great, how you deserve. ???? even though it’s very big the personal touch and quality are at every nook cranny and corner. I highly 100% recommend planning to be here all day for hours so that you can explore and enjoy everything. Also, definitely book yourself a massage treatment, and please do yourself a major favor and take part in the signature rituals called Aufguss, and Arboreal that are included for free in your spa pass entry. I discovered a hidden area towards the end of my time there. Also, all the food is of outstanding quality and makes you feel relaxed and energized ???? I seriously can’t wait to plan a trip back ultra soon.

I went to Nordik from 9 am to 9 pm and it was definitely worth it if you stay for the whole day. I paid extra for the Kalla which was very relaxing. Would suggest going earlier in the morning since it is less busy then. You should also try it at least 2-3 times throughout your stay to get your moneys worth. There are nice restaurants and cafes that you can take a break at as well as a relaxation centre with tea and an area to nap. The staff are exceptionally nice and welcoming. I went during the dead of winter (on a day where it started snowing as well) and it was still an enjoyable experience. Don’t let the weather stop you.

Parking is free. nice relaxing place... they don't allow any kind of food or snacks. just bring reusable water. paid food and drinks are available inside. place is very clean and tidy. sauna are very nice, different temperature. pools are hot and cold. wet sauna as well. place for ice bath as well. little expensive basic village access give you access to all sauna and pools. kala/massage are different price. restaurant food is ok. they do have vegtarian/vegan options. though I'm someone who finds comfort in simple home-cooked meals. we need sauna ritual as well. it was nice. there is silence zone as well. phones are allowed but the whole point is to have experience without distraction. I would suggest to bring small tote bags in which you can carry stuff for your relaxation time (book/water bottle/phone). though they do provide half size clean lockers only thing is though, the place was super clean. my husband kept on insisting to take bath at home as I smell like chemicals after visiting.
