I have been several times and each time Emma provides a fabulous massage. She is attentive and skilled. My headaches and shoulder pain have greatly improved since seeing Emma in a regular basis. I did not find them pushy like another review stated. They do ask for forms to filled out but this is standard practice from all massage therapists I’ve ever seen. I appreciate the phone call reminder because life gets busy and I would hate to waste an appointment spot. This business is professional and well run.

The therapist (Gina)was very professional and skilled. She is knowledgeable and also friendly. During the therapy she would ask if I was comfortable and the pain scale I was experiencing. Overall I must say I am looking forward for my next visit. I have seen great improvement from my first visit. If you are seeking a place to get professional massage look no further On The Mend is the place to visit.

Had a really great massage from Megan! I've been to a couple of massage places in the Barrie south end looking the right therapist, and I think I've now found it! I do really like that it's conveniently located in a plaza so parking is easy, and it's also beside my favorite sushi place.

Gina & Jade are very skilled RMTs. Gina helped me regain almost full range of motion in the neck, after I had strained it badly. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Their online booking system is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!!

Pushy. Willing to see me within 2 hours on agreement without any paperwork. Had to reschedule to next day. 2 emails and a phone call demanding the email questionnaire be answered...before midnight?!? So I blocked their number, I wont attend any appointment or return or correspondence. Obviously the economy is great, and independent businesses can easily afford to alienate and aggravate potenitial new clients. On a scale of 1 to 10, they suck.
