First photo is what I asked for BEFORE my appointment started. He assured me he could do it and it would cost a lot… He could in-fact NOT do this design which should’ve been communicated with me. He lowered the price by 5 dollars… I was shocked. I’ve never received care like this before and i’ve been here before and to many places in the lachine & surrounding area. The second & third photo are from right after the appointment & the rest are photos from not even a full 2 weeks with them, which happened after 1 week. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The workers were really patient and nice, honestly I had a really good experience surprisingly so I'm pretty happy with the result that I wanted, Im a pretty picky person and I was really happy that they were enough patient to be able to do my nails!!????

Big place (equipment for multiple clients). Went there for acrylic nails + nail polish. Not the cleanest. Working area not cleaned (same towel) between clients. Unsure about tools. Depending on the technician nails can be great but sometimes too thick. Cathy is good.

I have had some terrible experiences at this place. Once the technician used the razor on my heel and cut my foot badly. This was years ago. More recently last fall, the technician used the electric file to remove REGULAR nail polish on my hands and feet. She shaved off way too much. My nails were hurting and it took 3 months to grow out the damage. I am lucky she did not damage my nail bed. There are some good technicians and some that have zero experience and are badly trained. I will never go back even if it’s very close to my place.

I recently did a mani pedi and full set 1 week ago. When I got in I ask the price for all 3. I was told it was 80$. At the end they charge me 90$ so I mentioned y are u charging me more, an extra 10$ he said because they cut my cuticles, so I ask In manicure aren't my cuticles cut anyway? That boy was arguing with me, I put the 90$ on the desk, he grabbed it and walked away without explaining. I am never going bk there. Since after they change the workers it's never been the same. It was my nail salon when Queeni was there but now i will change. They are more expensive that other places arround the area. 90$ a d I did even do nail polish on my hands.

This place loves to price gouge… they advertise their pedicure for $35 but then charge an extra $5 for polish (who does that in Montreal!!??) There was a huge language barrier with my technician and I was mentally exhausted by the end having to repeat the services I wanted over and over again. In the end, I got 1/2 leg wax (when I wanted a full) and she didn’t even do the bikini wax I had asked for. The owner is sooo rude and literally said “if you’re not happy, that’s not our fault”. When I mentioned the price discrepancy he gas-lighted me and said “what if people don’t want polish?” I said “that’s fine, then they should get a price discount… standard pricing for a pedicure includes a basic polish”. When I mentioned the language barrier he said , “there’s no language barrier, I speak English and French” at which point I responded saying it would be weird for him to spend all his time following around his employees to be a translator. I will absolutely never go back again.
