Great experience, very welcoming and professional staff. My son plays sports and we decided to have an assessment done with an osteopath. We booked an appt with Dr. David Hud’Homme. He was very thorough and informative, explaining in detail why my son is having recurring issues with his ankle and solutions to help him. We will be visiting him again next month. I have been going to OWN for Osteopathic treatments by Wayne Oliver for a few years now ... awesome results for my back ailments in a few short visits - with periodic follow-ups only when needed. Now I take Pilates with Wayne and he is hands-down (no pun intended!) the best at what he does! So knowledgeable and patient with our group! Front office staff are very professional and thorough. I would recommend OWN for all of your needs!

Optimal Wellness Niagara is truly a one stop shopping experience for the body, mind, spirit and finances! I am a mother of 4 and instead of driving around to different buildings for my children's appointments, I am so lucky to be here! My daughters and myself have had massages with Beth! She truly is fantastic, the perfect strength that I need. My husband and myself have had treatments from both Wayne and Rachel for osteopathy and had great results. I seen Stephan many times for naturopathy and acupuncture and feel and look so much better because of it! (he helped me with my paralyzed face.
