I live in the US, my first order reached me within 5 days & all the liquids were carefully packaged with no leaks. I have found items with this shop that I can’t find anywhere else, like the apple mint oil. All of the oils are from her own garden which I saw Ontario local news clips about on YouTube, so the locally handcrafted claim is actually legit. I also appreciate that when it says non-toxic ingredients, it’s true. I have scoured numerous “natural/ toxic free” product websites that boast some tag line like paraben free, only to find that they have snuck in ingredients like propylene glycol or SLS for example. The items smell divine from the oils to deodorants & shampoos, & they’re effective! The tar pine shampoo has worked wonders in just a week on my oily scalp. I am looking forward to skin, scalp, & health improvements with continued use of these products. Lastly, I had a few questions before placing my second order, & the owner was very helpful in helping me pick items based on my skincare goals. I have placed a second larger order & can’t wait to receive my new items!
