I moved to Chilliwack last Spring and started going to see Dawn for monthly facials shortly after. First, the place is gorgeous! It has such a cozy, warm feel, and it smells amazing - like a vanilla cupcake bakery. I signed up for the "membership" package, which allows you to get a deal on facials/products - every time I get a facial with Dawn, I leave with the softest, healthiest feeling, glowing skin! And she is such an absolute sweetheart; we have such good chats and laughs. She is so knowledgeable! I haven't tried any of the other services yet (they have tons!), only facials, but I will definitely do so in the future. I'm so happy that I found this place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have beautiful skin!

Dawn is FANTASTIC! I just had a skin consult, and I LOVE her passion for helping folks find their best, healthiest skin! She wasn’t pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, she genuinely wanted to understand my concerns and desires for my skin. She highlighted a few little, affordable adjustments I could make to my skin routine on my own, and then shared what services she offered that might be a good fit now or in the future. Absolutely looking forward to a follow-up and my first treatment in a few weeks - thank you!

After having kids and entering my 30s I really felt like I needed help with my skin. I am so glad I went to see Dawn because she's different then other places. She didn't just load me up with a bunch of skincare, treatments etc, she actually tailored a plan to help me achieve my goals how I want them considering my skin type. I have unfortunately moved away now but would recommend Phace to anyone wanting a place where you don't feel like your aimlessly spending money. I love how we made a plan and despite moving, I now know what skincare works for me, how to save money on that thanks to Dawn and what treatments work for me based on my budget/goals.

Had a wonderful first experience with Dawn. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Even better, she didn’t try to sell you everything which I find happens at every single spa. I literally left her treatment, got home and immediately booked a second treatment which we discussed could help my skin pigmentation. Can’t wait to go back and see Dawn again. I’m for sure going to be a regular! :)

Outstanding service! Dawn was exceptional! She knew I was nervous about my first time with dermaplaning and she explained everything in detail as she went along. The products she used after on my sensitive skin were excellent, and I had no concerns after at all! It's been two weeks and I'm still getting compliments! Would highly recommended PHACE!
