We went here for my daughters first haircut. Sarah D was so lovely and sweet. She took such good care of my daughter. She was gentle and everything my daughter wanted for her first wash/cut and style!

I want to thank Juho for a wonderful experience at the salon today. It was my first time at this salon and I came in for a wash, cut and blow dry. The whole process felt very luxurious between the scalp massage during the washing process to all the awesome products she used. I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. It smells and looks amazing. Juho is a very talented stylist and was so kind and personable to talk to. Would absolutely recommend!

This has been the worst experience of my life. Mario cut my hair all uneven It was supposed to be a bob cut it was not. I have pictures of my hair hacked up pretty bad.. You charged $95 for a haircut that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Then when your client showed up an you knew my hair wasn’t done.. You tried to rush and cut my hair faster which made it worst.. I found another hairstylist in Welland that is the best so far.. Thank you Mario for giving me a bad experience and anxiety. I’m so disappointed as well as I didn’t even get a refund.. Here is the pic.. That’s a $95 dollar hair cut lol.. okie dokie what a rip off… Then you ask me to come back.. Why so you can make me have no hair at all? I’m very disappointed..

My experience at Picasso's was mostly great! The facility is beautiful and my stylist left me with an incredible cut. My issue and something everyone should be aware of is their prices online are NOT what they charge in store. I ended up paying almost DOUBLE what I anticipated. I thought this was pretty scummy practice... and when I brought it up at checkout, receptionist said those prices were "old" and didn't honour them... despite them being the prices they advertise?! She basically said oh well these are the prices here's the machine to pay. Not the best experience at the end but overall a good salon.

I loved the salon, products and staff are amazing, however, their online pricing is not what they charge. Depending on service $100+ more

I love Picasso's salon. I've been going there for about 3 years now. Amber always does my colour and Simone always cuts my hair. Let me tell you they are Awesome! I have never been happier with my hair ☺️ Also, i always feel welcome and everyone is very professional.
