Octavia is the BEST! I originally came in for a brow wax and was immediately impressed by her attention to detail, professionalism and relaxing space. I then got a brow lamination - my first- and she did an amazing job. Recently, I got a Silk Skin facial and it was so incredibly helpful. We talked about my skincare needs/goals She was thorough and sent a follow up email with my next steps - wasn't pushy with products but also very honest and knowledgeable about new products that I was looking for advice on (and knowledable about what products I should cut out). So happy! She has me as a client for life :)

Just had the absolute best deep clean facial appointment with Octavia at Plain Jane! As soon as you walk in the door you feel relaxed, comfortable and taken care of! Octavia is always super sweet and relaxes any nerves you had with her extremely friendly approach and endless knowledge about facial treatments, lashes/brows, microneedling, and SO MUCH MORE. Had my fourth silk skin facial today and as always Octavia did a wonderful job. The atmosphere is perfect and the service is impeccable. She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to and actually cares about your results as much as you do! This was my second facial with Octavia at Plain Jane! I’ve had the deep clean facial with dermaplaning and the Silk skin facial which were both incredible! Octavia is incredibly knowledgeable, explains every step of the process and creates a relaxing and welcoming environment. I have allergies to ingredients commonly found in skincare and she made sure to throughly check every product to ensure I would not have a reaction. She reads her intake forms throughly and puts the client first always! After both facials my skin has looked clear, radiant, and hyrdrated. I would recommend her to everyone!

the best skincare specialist and medical aesthetician in brantford! i’ve seen so many aestheticians regarding my acne concerns and none have compared to octavia. as someone who struggles with acne, she is so insightful and helpful when it comes to my acne concerns! she is so smart when it comes to skincare and acne! she makes sure to explain everything to you in depth! i’ve been seeing octavia for a few months now and she is absolutely the best! my skin has never been better, all thanks to octavia! her studio is absolutely beautiful and she provides the best quality care!!
