I've been going to prehnite for years now and consider myself very fortunate to have found this clinic. After visiting many RMT, chiropracters and physiotherapists, I found effective treatment for chronic body pain at Prehnite. The treatment approach is focused on the root of the pain instead of just the symptom and after my sessions, I'm advised on how I can work on any body pain issues through stretches on my own.

Highly recommend prehnite for anyone looking for a good RMT. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Yuko and Brianne really know how to find the root of the pain I've been experiencing. Ive been going here since Nov 2021 and don't see myself going anywhere else!! I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I have been looking for a RMT in my neighbourhood for such a long time. I was referred to Yuko from a friend of mine and I am so happy I was able to book in with her. She is so attentive to your needs, kind and such a pleasure to be around. She makes you feel so comfortable the minute you walk into her space. She knew exactly where I needed work done, she is MAGIC! My daughter also went to Yuko for her very first RMT session. She said she immediately felt comfortable. She explained everything to her with so much compassion, I appreciated this so much as a Mother. I definitely recommend Yuko!

Awesome experience! I've been having shoulder problems for a while and Yuko was able to find the root of the problem in just a few minutes. I will definitely be back and I'd highly recommend Prehnite to anyone looking to relieve stubborn muscle tension.
