Disappointed! After just one day, two of them started peeling off, likely because they weren’t cured properly. Although they did fix those two, the rest started coming off within a week. I was able to peel them off easily, which shouldn’t happen with properly done nails. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

I've been going to Q1 for years now and have had wonderful service every time. I've had a few different people do my nails over the years, and I'm happy each visit. Lucy is mainly who does them, but if she's on a holiday, I know I'm in good hands with her co workers. I am a bit of a pain as I keep my nails very short, so I'm sure that can become difficult to shape nicely. However, every single time I see her, she's able to make them stunningly beautiful! I constantly get compliments on my nails. She recommended bio gel as my nails are brittle from work. They hold up in tough conditions, and I'm happy I tried it. Highly recommend Q1. Side note- pedicures I get once in a while, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pritti is fabulous!

This was my first time and I had Lucy. She did exactly what I asked for. I had the acrylic powder on my natural nails. I will definitely come back. Back again, this time with Emma. She did an amazing job and this time I did the bio gel.

Very happy with my experience here! I went in because I had not got what I asked for at a different salon and they were very rude when I asked for a change. Q1 was very welcoming and took me right away and were able to fix it and make my nails look amazing. I will definitely be going back!

I called in last minute for a nail appt today and was lucky enough to be scheduled with Emma. She was absolutely amazing! She took her time and paid such close attention to every detail. The salon was pretty busy, but I never felt rushed, and I had her full attention throughout the entire manicure. I highly recommend Emma, I’m really happy with how my nails turned out :)

Very impressed by the quality of service provided when I booked an appointment for nails. I had the pleasure of meeting the nail technician Amy and she did a fabulous job applying gel nails for me. The best nails I’ve ever had applied, she did exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend this nail salon. Thank you so much again, I will be a returning customer indeed.

I received a shellac manicure and pedicure from this business, which I had been frequenting since they first opened, however this was a disappointing visit and I doubt I'll return. After paying $110, the shellac on my hands peeled after 1.5 days. They fixed it kindly, to which it peeled after 6 days. The technician DID NOT properly dehydrate my nail beds NOR did she cap off the edges of my nails(hand or feet). So now, only 1.5 weeks of having my nails done, my toes and hands(again) are peeling. Worst shellac application of my life, I have NEVER had this happen after 15 years of shellac manicures.

Treated my sweetie to a pedicure for his birthday, they were awesome! Straight forward, friendly, and did a great job. I do wish it was a little more affordable so we could come regularly but I also understand that for a business to survive in this economy they have to raise their prices, still a fair cost compared the competition!!
