Lauren is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . She has used techniques on me that no one has used in the past. I've had many challenges since my car accident and she is truly helping me . Also she works well with other wellness providers and won't hesitate to reccomend other professionals that will compliment her work. She's super!!!

Let me paint you a picture, you'll walk into the beautiful, clean entrance of the massage clinic only to be greeted with a friendly smiling receptionist named Rose, right away she made me feel as if we had known eachother for years. Lauren was my massage RMT her warm demeanor and hospitality is refreshing, but most importantly, the knowledge and professionalism she demonstrated was phenomenal. I truly felt cared for, thank you so much! I'll be back for a second massage.

Lauren's space is so beautiful, her method of treatment is gentle yet aggressive with shockwave when necessary, I felt sore the next day from shockwave (normal when working on such tight amd burdened muscles) , but ending in FST was the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time. I had no desire to do anything the rest of the day (nor did i). Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and bright. Thank you so much I will be back!

Yousef is my go-to RMT! (Now at Village Osteopathy in Fonthill) My first time there he read me like a book, intelligent and intuitive and probably the first time ever I got a massage exactly the way I really needed it. So so helpful and maintaining self care! Also after a bad shoulder rotator cuff injury I have had amazing supportive an informative conversations with Yuseff as he treated damaged muscles multiple times throughout my recovery journey....definitely an integral part of getting my range of motion back! So thankful I found my favorite place for RMT. Two thumbs up five stars for great staff atmosphere and reliable treatment!

The very BEST massages in the area. They listen to your requests and make sure you're comfortable the entire time. They are careful to follow COVID protocol and ensure the safety of both their clients and staff throughout the day. Big thank you to their team for taking care of me! Working from home during covid has brought some interesting challenges for me and being able to get a massage has helped immensely.
