Attentive staff . Had a massage that was good and a mani pedi. Unfortunately not able to complete the three in 4 hours. Had to get back to my infant . They put the wrong colour (shellac) on my nails which was part of the issue. Had no drummel to remove it had to do the acetone and tin foil. I was a bridesmaid so very specific colour needed or otherwise wouldnt have cared. Had to go back and was charged 35 dollars for the polish when my receipt from the tuesday indicated i had paid already. Shellac manicure came off 48 hrs later on one nail. Completely off index. Photo included below time stamped. Would return to have them fix it but live 5 hours away.

I have been going to Renu U for many years now, with no complaints! The owner is wonderful and her staff are friendly and kind. My biggest review is based on laser hair removal, that I received for my chin. I have zero to no hair now! It was a huge issue where dark hair was growing after a day of plucking, waxing or shaving (I tried everything). Nicole was in charge of the service, it was thorough, quick and had little to no pain. I love going to Renu U and would recommended to anyone!

I treated my daughter, sister-in-law and niece to a day at the spa after a very stressful 5 months for them...they deserved to be pampered. Because I was paying for everything, I had to find somewhere that was reasonable priced for the services I wanted. RENU U was the perfect match. Their Spa packages offered everything I wanted for each of us. When we all walked in, the Spa felt very peaceful, but that didn't last long after we got talking and laughing (thank goodness we were the only ones in there for most of the day, lol). Nicole and her team were great. I had the best relaxing facial ever which even included a head massage...I was in la la land with that, lol. I definitely will recommend RENU U to people and I'm sure I will be back. Thank you again to the team at RENU U Aestetics!

I had such a wonderful experience at Renu U. The spa is incredibly charming and cozy. Nicole is so kind and her work is truly amazing - I got a lash lift and tint with a specific request to focus mostly on my outer lashes as I don’t usually wear makeup and I didn’t want anything too dramatic. She did exactly what I was envisioning and gave me a natural looking light brown tint with a gentle lift which really makes my eyes pop in a subtle way. I’m so happy with the results! I’d absolutely recommend anyone to book Nicole and her services - she’s the best ????

RENU U is absolutely fantastic and I refuse to go anywhere else. Every time I go to get my nails done, I have a great time talking to all the girls and Alexia has never failed to make my nails look amazing. They're all incredibly clean and professional, and I always feel taken care of there. I cannot recommend RENU U and Alexia's services enough - one of the most talented and creative people I know!
