2 weeks ago I had a pedicure with Tetiana. She did an excellent job. My feet were so smooth, all my calluses were gone. They are probably the only salon with a 2 stage disinfecting system. You need not worry about catching someone elses fungal infection at Roots Salon.

First time at this salon and so incredibly happy to have gone. I found my new hair salon. Tony, the stylist, was so informative that I learnt more about my hair then in my entire life. The salon is cute and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices too. I feel like a new person. Thank you so much Tony.

I have never hated my hair more. I recently visited this salon for a hair coloring and highlighting appointment for my graduation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from facing a similar situation. When I initially booked my appointment, I was quoted a price of around $200 on phone. However, upon arrival, I was seated without any discussion about the price. The hairstylist proceeded to work on my hair without informing me about the costs involved. I clearly told them for a beautiful ash brown color with subtle highlights, even showing the stylist an inspiration picture. However, the end result did not resemble the color I wanted. To make matters worse, I was shocked when presented with a bill totaling more than $400. Feeling dissatisfied and overcharged, I contacted the salon two days later, hoping for a refund due to the mismatched color and excessive pricing. Regrettably, the owner refused to provide a refund but offered to correct the color free of charge during another visit. I decided to go back for my hair to get fixed. During the follow-up appointment, I received a toner treatment, but instead of achieving the desired color, it simply brought my natural hair color back. The salon also provided me with a complimentary shampoo and conditioner, but these gestures do not rectify the fact that my hair was ruined in the process. Spending that much money on an unsuccessful and unsatisfactory outcome has left me deeply saddened and disappointed. Despite expressing my discontent over the phone, the owner insisted that I return once again for them to assess the situation. However, considering the negative experiences thus far, I have decided against going back. I cannot bear the risk of further damage to my hair. It is disheartening to have invested my hard-earned money in a service that not only failed to deliver the desired results but also left my hair in an undesirable state.
