Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Lucia is a warm and comforting person. She explains the process in her peaceful spa room. I receive reflexology at Foot & Soul. I leave refreshed and feeling lighter. It helps with pain and an insight to my inner health. I have chronic illnesses and ailments. Lucia often knows something is off before my doctors do. The reflexology is an extension of my overall health care. Highly recommend Foot & Soul.
