I've been going to Renaissance for cut and colour since it opened. I love the quality of the service and the friendly, welcoming and laid back nature of the salon. Recently I had a facial with Tatiana whom I've had facials with a few times in the past. Because of the expense, I don't get facials often, but have had the opportunity to get them at various spas around the world over my many years of travelling. It hit me this time that honestly, without a doubt, it is my opinion that Tatiana provides the best facial of anyone, anywhere. Her extensive training combined with her use of massage outshines any facial I've ever had in my life.

Had an appointment left standing for 45 min then was told my appointment was with someone else that I did not know and that that person was not available anymore. The receptionist was very apologetic. I was a bit stunned. Sent an email expressing my disappointment and how it ruined a night out for me. No reply no acknowledgement. Left me feeling cold. So obviously unreliable.

Very blessed to have had the best team color, cut and style my hair today. Huge thank you to Tina and Sloane for hours of hard work. Literally took ten years off me. So grateful! I recently went for the first time to have highlights and a cut. I loved the cut but was unhappy with how light the highlights were BUT they give a two week guarantee on colour / services and the manager or owner (I'm not sure which) offered to redo mine. I went in this morning and she took the 2 hours it took to get it right. Her skill and artistry was apparent as she considered exactly where to place new highlights and discussed the depth of different colour ranges with me. I am thrilled with my hair now and will be returning. I also picked up some gorgeous lip glosses!

I had a great experience with Tatiana doing my pedicure she was very friendly and did a fantastic job on my feet felt great afterwards. Will be getting both pedicure done again and full body massage.The rest of staff are wonderfully. Only guy there but not a big deal with all these lovely ladies.

My experience at Renaissance was exceptional. I’m from Toronto and I come all the way down just to get my hair cut and coloured by the wonderful staff here. It is actually very affordable for what you get, coming from an expensive city this is a major discount and the same quality if not better. I typically get my colour from Chasity (who’s on mat-leave) and Tina. Both are wonderful colourists and lovely people. They are artists with blonde hair or lightened hair. Renaissance is lucky to have them! I get my cut by Dana who is also amazing, never cuts too much and layers beautifully. I’ve been going to her for years now. If you want quality work and relaxing experience this is the best spot in Niagara for hair.

I decided to try Renaissance Salon and I am so glad I did! Dana gave me a fabulous cut and style! I have had so many compliments from people in the week since I had it done!
