I was referred by my dentist for TMJ Botox which was my first experience with Dr. Marina Beshay and she is so lovely and personable. She recommended other treatments when I pointed out face sagging and I just had my first treatment and so far the results look good. The staff is friendly and warm and Dr Beshay seems very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m writing this review to warn others about my extremely distressing, disappointing, and unprofessional experience at Revive Medical. What was supposed to be a simple cosmetic treatment turned into a nightmare. I put my full trust in this clinic because they present themselves as being backed by a medical doctor — which gave me a false sense of security. I had even planned to continue future treatments with them. Big mistake. Misleading From the Start At my first consultation, Francesca told me I wouldn’t be charged tax if I paid in cash — which was later contradicted by another staff member who said Francesca “didn’t know the rules” and that tax was mandatory. That was my first red flag. Microneedling with PRP Nightmare I was told this procedure was gentle, with no downtime — just mild redness. Silvia, who had done my facial, even said she had the same treatment the day before and had no reaction. That made me feel safe. Before we started, I showed her the moisturizer I planned to use afterward. She glanced at the label and approved it. They gave me no medicated cream, no prescription, and no proper aftercare instructions. When I asked Silvia if I should apply sunscreen before leaving, she told me not to — that my skin should be left “completely exposed.” Days later, the doctor asked, “She didn’t apply sunscreen?” That contradiction alone is shocking — and possibly part of the reason why my face is now completely deformed. What Followed Was Horrifying Soon after the treatment, I experienced a severe reaction: • Extreme swelling (my eyes swelled completely shut) • Raw, red, burning, itchy skin • Unrelenting pain and discomfort I couldn’t work. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t recognize myself. I called the clinic several times in a panic. The doctor eventually returned my call and prescribed antibiotics and other medications. But by that point, the damage was done. Instead of showing concern or taking accountability, she tried to sell me a $300 medical-grade cream. No apology. No compassion. Just another sales pitch. My Face Is Now Deformed I’ve taken numerous photos documenting what happened — and I’m sharing some of them here so you can see the damage for yourself. This is what Revive Medical did to me. My face is red, swollen, and disfigured. I don’t know if the damage is permanent. I don’t know if I’ll ever look like myself again. What I do know is that I now live with physical pain, emotional distress, and fear of long-term deformities, all because I trusted the wrong place. Final Warning I was misled, dismissed, and harmed. I’m now taking antibiotics and medication just to recover from their mistakes. And I had to learn — on my own — how serious this procedure actually is. They never told me. Avoid Revive Medical at all costs. Just because a doctor’s name is on the clinic doesn’t mean you’re in good hands. This wasn’t just poor service — this was medical negligence. I’m heartbroken, in pain, and deeply disappointed. This should never happen to anyone

I had my second vaginal rejuvenation treatment done today with Dr Beshay. After 4 babies, this treatment was a necessity and well deserved. The results were immediate and pain free. I absolutely love all the staff at the clinic they are amazing. I’m looking forward at coming back next week to try the laser on my face! This place is hands down better then the other medical spas around.

This is a beautifully appointed facility. All the staff have been amazing. I've had services with Dr. Beshay, Silvia and Pricillia. They have all been professional and knowledgeable. In addition, Madge the office co-ordinator has been wonderful as well. Make sure you follow their professional recommendations closely for their skin care line as it's a strong product. Great place to get a variety of spa services done. Would recommend to others and have already.

I am fairly new to the spa, but so far I am enjoying it very much. I have had several treatments including facials, micro needling and IPL among others. I am very pleased with the results and see a noticeable improvement in my skin, it looks and feels so healthy!! Everyone at the spa is professional, friendly, and most helpful. I have been under the care of Dr Beshay and Sylvia. Both ladies are exceptional at what they do and go over and above to care for me. I always leave feeling amazing. The ladies on the front desk are also wonderful. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I highly recommend this spa.

Dr Beshay has been great helping me with my shoulder pain and always great to fit me into the schedule. The staff are kind and courteous, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
