I received a threat note from the tenant (Rowan day spa) who occupies the unit upstairs in a business building. She stated I parked in private parking which is the parking lot of the building itself. She has kept an illegal record of my vehicle and license plate without my consent and she has threatened to tow my vehicle. As somebody who works in criminal law without the permission and authorization from the police or myself, she is threatening to commit "car theft" of my vehicle. For those who need to be educated on this a private company that tows your car without police authorization has stolen your car no matter what signs they put up. I will make sure the other businesses in the building keeps all records of your harassment to their clientele and a illegal record of your behaviours.

Couldn't even get into the place. Barely got a callback...only to be told they weren't taking anymore new clients! REALLY??!!! Must be nice to be so busy you can't handle 1 more facial. Perhaps a note on your website would help the next potential customer. I am a good repeat customer. I'll find somewhere else to spend my hard earned dollars! Thanks for nothing, ROWAN TREE DAY SPA!!

I would have liked to have kept going here but the owner would not do what i wanted in services when i asked as she said she was to old and could no longer do services of a younger woman plus during facials and massages she had to practically be on top of me because she could not fit properly against the bed and walls in the small rooms. Nothing worse then having someone's stomach in your face for an hr. I also tried her staff and was not happy either, the pedi's took to long and not because I was being pampered but because she was stopping to talk to others the entire time she was working on me.
