I had an appointment booked for today. They said they called me about cancelling my appointment because Apperantly I cancelled it myself which I didn’t. So I drove all the way there to find out she wasn’t there and didn’t find out until I got there that it was cancelled. There’s a $50 cancellation fee they would expect me to pay it. I asked if I get $50 for not letting me know until I showed up there. Never going back again.

I would definitely recommend SKIN MediSpa to anyone looking to get their kind of cosmetic work done! I have seen Leigh Ann for a Lip Flip and she is amazing! They brought me back to have 2 week photos done to see my results. And the reception Sarra was very pleasant. Will definitely be going back:)

My sister and I booked facials with Jodie and Whitney and it was such a lovely experience! Very relaxing and our skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. The reception staff were also so welcoming and were a pleasure both in person and on the phone when I booked the appointment. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love every single visit at Skin Medispa! The staff is so friendly and informative. They are patient when answering any questions I may have. Dr. Barr is very professional. They offer so many packages, and have payment plans! I cannot foresee myself going to another location. I truly recommend this site among anywhere in Sudbury! I’m never left unheard and always leave feeling completely refreshed and recharged not only from the products but from the welcoming energy from the staff. Thank you !

I had the greatest massage from Donna. It was only 30 minutes and I could not be happier with her service. My back and my glutes feel the most relief I have had in YEARS. Efficient, professional, relaxing and so much relief.

Hilary is by far the best massage therapist I've ever been to in all of Sudbury! She is absolutely exceptional at what she does and I recommend her whenever I can. For as long as she is still massaging, I won't be going to see another therapist again. She is also super fun with a great personality which makes the experience that much better. Can't wait to see her again!!!
