Recieved 5 star treatment from Vanessa - who did a lash removal. I had a very bad set of lashes on, she got them all off and was so gentle. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for helping me!

My hairs were damaged by this salon. I went for permanent straightening and the chemical burned my front hairs. Now, when I am going to other salons for getting solution for my hair, they told me this is because they left chemical for a longer time which completely damages my hair. Though they gave me some complimentary sessions and then said we can not do anything else. If they damage my hairs either they should refund me or correct my damaged hairs. Highly disappointed.

Natalie is the best she is so talented with hair! She’s amazing with colour, cuts, and styles. I always receive so many compliments when I have my hair done with her. She’s also so kind and makes me feel welcomed and so easy to talk to. She really takes the time to make sure you are 100% happy and feeling your best!

I have been going to Samson's since last September (my wedding), and I love the customer service I receive from everyone there. So nice. I also love the way my hair is now ...and I have very curly hair! They get it! Lisa is my stylist. I also had my eyelashes done there for my wedding and I could not have been more pleased. Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been going to Chelsey for 5 years and she always gives me a beautiful icy blonde. She’s also done gorgeous ash blonde, highlights and balayage for me. The staff are all super friendly as well.
